Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return policy upon receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any applicable taxes will be refunded in accordance with local regulations.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly.

For payments made via PayPal or other third-party payment processors, please check your account directly as refunds may be processed differently. If you encounter any issues, we're happy to assist in resolving them.
